Yes. SALUS Health owns their fleet of medical transportation vans that we use to pro-vide you with transportation to and from appointments. Call us today at (305) 643-4343 to learn more about the transportation we provide.
Our medical center is open from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. On Thursday's office is closed. For after-hours access, please call your SALUS Health Medical Center for non-emergency medical needs that occur on the weekend, at night or on a holiday, and our answering service will forward your message to the medical staff on-call who will call you as quickly as possible. For life-threatening emergencies, please CALL 911.
Though we recommend setting up an appointment for a Medical Center visit, we accept walk-ins. If you are not feeling well, just give us a call at SALUS Health Medical Center we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

Please bring the following to your first appointment: • Your insurance card and valid photo ID • All of the prescription and over-the-counter medicines that you are taking. Be sure to bring the bottle so your care team can get a complete understanding of all of your current medications. • It would be very helpful to have medical records from your most recent primary care physician and specialist physicians. • Please be ready to share with your doctor about any Health problems that you may be having. • If you need assistance with driving or have issues with hearing or vision, please bring a companion with you who can help with understanding and remember-ing your doctor’s instructions.
Yes. SALUS Health provides dental, vision, podiatry and message therapy services throughout our network partners.
